About me
I am a psychologist (M.Sc.) and systemic life and social counselor. My focus is on psychological stability under stress, clear decision-making, and targeted self-regulation.
I'm interested in how people remain capable of acting when pressure arises – professionally, personally, or in sports. How does your nervous system react? Where does overload occur, where does it become blocked? And how do you regain clarity and inner security?
In my consulting work, I use a structured, scientifically sound, and solution-oriented approach. I combine systemic perspectives with insights from stress research, emotion regulation, and neurobiology. The goal is not short-term relief, but sustainable stability.
Mental coaching in skiing is a particularly relevant field of practice. It illustrates what also applies to everyday life: trust is not created through pressure, but through regulation, understanding, and targeted inner control.
My courses on stress, resilience, communication, and mindfulness build on this foundation. They are clearly structured, professionally categorized, and designed to enable concrete change.
If you want to do more than just react, but actively shape the future, I look forward to hearing from you.
