My name is Anja Heimes
"I am Anja Heimes – a psychologist, psychosocial and systemic consultant, and stress and relaxation therapist. My goal is to support people in challenging life situations and show them ways to rediscover their inner balance. With my experience in counseling, tourism, and as a ski instructor, I offer a unique range of services for mental and physical health."

Fear while skiing
Some people experience fear, inner blocks, or a loss of control while skiing, despite possessing the necessary technique. In my work, I provide them with mental and psychological support to regain confidence, trust, and freedom of action on the slopes. This isn't about ski instruction or technique training, but rather about working with fear, perception, and inner stability. The support takes place directly in the actual skiing environment and is tailored to each individual.
